I selected the 'Digsby Chatroom' script because it works so great, and its bandwidth requirements are quite small.
Governments/Corporations
Governments/Corporations no longer provide acceptable customer service to their citizens/patrons. So I spend some of my time trying to 'shame' Governments/Corporations back into providing 'customer service' at an acceptable level.
