Purchased when Barbara and I moved from Adelaide. Initially with 150k klms on the clock. I kept the car when Barbara and I seperated in 2004.

It’s been a very good car to the family. I fully recomend a Ford V8 to anyone who wants reliability. The 92 Ford is now approaching 300k Klms on the speedometer and has only cost a couple of hundred dollars in repairs over the years. Touch Wood. ;)

Dual Fuel Injected means the 302 V8 has some range. On Propane Gas or LPG Petrol. Especially with the 4 speed transmission and economy switch.

Fairmont Ghia means it has all the bells and whistles. Electric Windows, Climate Control, Central Locking, Cruise Control, Trip Computer, leather and velour seats, driver lumbar support, adjustable steering wheel, cd player.

The 92 Ford is getting old. But it is still a very good car. Very powerful on the open road. Not too thirsty. Ultra-reliable. I see no reason to replace it.

(Famous last words.. It blew up and sat in the rain for 18 months.. Sold it too cheap.. But that can happen.. )
